At the Barça Official Store, we want you to wear your colors with pride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all authentic merchandise in its original condition. Please note that personalized jerseys and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and fix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse verifies the condition of the goods, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
